Bali 4.1 “North Cat II”

“NORTHCAT II” for the SEASON 2023 is available from Volos Base  At the beginning and the end of the season, “NORTHCAT II” could be also available from Keramoti Base upon request and availability. Please send us your requested dates and we will contact you.

Our company can provide assistance in transfer organization upon request to Volos and Keramoti bases for you in order to start your charter. Find more info here.

Charters start on Saturdays. For other days of the week and/or different duration of charter please contact us for availability, extra fee may be applied.

Bali 4.1 “Northcat II” is under exclusive maintenance of our own team of technicians οn a regular basis and in full-year circle, which means summer and winter service. In winter time the boat receives service and maintenance in partner dry dock in Keramoti according to the highest standards. Thus, the boat is in an excellent condition.

The price includes the boat and its equipment. For Bavaria 35 Match only, the outboard engine is not a part of standard equipment. An optional extra fee 80€ / week has to be paid in the base, if you wish to rent it.

Every charter has some mandatory and some optional extras.

OBLIGATORY EXTRAS

• Ready to sail package

Ready-to-sail package includes: Bed linen, towels, one set/person/week. Starter pack: soap and toilet paper/WC. Mooring fees for the first and last night in the ports of our bases.

• Safety Deposit or Damage Waiver + Reduced Safety Deposit

All boats are insured according to the Greek law, against risks arising from liability to third parties and damage to the hull, machinery and equipment in excess of the Refundable or Non Refundable deposit.

• Early embarkation: 150.00 € per booking
• Crew change during the charter (the skipper does not change): 100.00 € per booking
• Extra linen: 10.00 € per person/week
• Beach Towel: 5.00 € per person
• One way fee Kavala-Volos, Volos-Kavala (where applicable): 800.00 € per booking
• Cabin conversion (for SOD 440 models): 150.00 € per booking
• S.U.P. (+300€ security deposit): 120.00 € per week
• Blister Spinnaker (+600 EUR deposit): 250.00 € per week
• Canoe (+300€ refundable security deposit): 140.00 € per week
• 12GB Internet pack: 70.00 € per week
• Automatic life-jacket: 30.00 € per week
• Safety net: 200.00 € per booking
• Pets on board: 200.00 € per booking
• Provisioning list: 20.00 € per booking
• Outboard engine (for Bavaria 35 Match): 80.00 € / per week
• Skipper (plus food provisions): 190.00 € per night
• Hostess (plus food provisions): 190.00 € per night
• Transfer from/to the airport: upon request, price depends on base/airport/number of passengers

• 50% within 7 days after booking confirmation
• 50% 31 days before embarkation
• Three installments payment plan is possible upon request/agreement
• For last minute reservations 100% immediate payment to confirm the reservation
• For non-cash transactions cards accepted: Visa, MasterCard
• All the extras (cleaning fee, SUP rental, or other optional extras) and the security deposit are to be paid in the base before embarkation.

• Booking cancelled more than 60 days before embarkation: 30% of the charter fee
• Booking cancelled 59-31 days before embarkation: 50% of the charter fee
• Booking cancelled 30-0 days before embarkation: 100% of charter fee
• If the balance payment is not completed 31 days before embarkation and after 3 reminders the charter is considered cancelled.
• If the boat will be booked for the same period, the amount kept will be refunded to the guest. A fee of 100€ will be charged.
• If the boat will be rebooked for the same period with discount, the respective amount will be kept plus 100€. The rest amount will be refunded.

Present Terms & Conditions are applied to each booking made after 28.11.2022. We keep the right to revise the Terms & Conditions and if so, our website will be updated accordingly.

All boats are insured according to the Greek law, against risks arising from liability to third parties and damage to the hull, machinery and equipment in excess of the Refundable or Non Refundable deposit. Refundable safety deposit for “Northcat II” is 3.500€ / Per week. Trying always to be innovative, our company offers a new type of insurance, the GOLD INSURANCE** which is a combination of Damage Waiver + Reduced Safety Deposit. For “NORTHCAT II” this type of insurance costs 400€ (PER WEEK, NON REFUNDABLE) + 500€ (PER CHARTER, REFUNDABLE).

When chartering a bareboat yacht in Greece, according to the port authorities’ requirements, the client must provide original sailing certificate/license (in English language or officially translated).Certificates for motor yachts, sailing on day-light only, weather limitations are not accepted bythe Port Authorities. If no one from your crew has valid sailing license, we will be happy to offer you a professional skipper from our company.

The mooring fees for the first and last night on our bases are included in the price. There are various small charges of mooring fees in our area, and the fees depend on the port/marina you visit during your trip.
