North Sailing incooperation with North Aegean Sailing Club organizes Sailing Trophy along with Sail Trimming seminar – take a part in and enhance your skills!

What it will be like?  Two days of races in the sea area of Keramoti/Thassos and a seminar for sail trimming.

The seminar consists of two parts, on Saturday and Sunday, you will be able to apply theoretical knowledge straight away in the races! How to adjust sails in different wind intensity/direction to reach the highest possible speed, tips and tricks from experiences sailors and instructors are waiting for you.

All participants will be awarded with Certificates of participation upon completing the seminar.

  • When and where is the event taking place?

    When? 2 days on Weekend, scheduled dates:  4-5 November, 2023

    Where? in our base in Keramoti, Kavala

  • What level is required?

    All sailors are welcome, new and experienced!

    It’s always good idea to refresh your knowledge or learn something new, this is the aim of sail trimming seminar. Experienced instructors will share their tips & hints with you.

    Sailors of all levels will enjoy the trophy race, joining the crews of other sailors or bringing their own crew.

  • What is the program?

    09:00 – gathering at North Sailing office, Keramoti

    10:00 – skippers/crews meeting

    10:15-11:15 – Sail Trimming lecture, part 1

    12:15-16:15 – Sailing Trophy race, Day 1


    09:30-10:30 – Sail Trimming Lecture, part 2

    12:00-16:00 –  Sailing Trophy race, Day 2

    Afternoon – Awards and giving out the certificates.
