NorthSailing is looking for experienced skippers to join UCaptain, our new skipper and yachting academy dedicated to training and promoting the next generation of professional sailors.

This is an opportunity for active professionals who want to expand their role in the sailing industry, gain instructor-level skills, and join a network that values seamanship, safety, and teamwork.
