What is the route of the Flotilla?

The XIV Bonus Miles Flotilla offers a unique sailing experience designed to take participants on an exciting journey on Route I, from Preveza to Volos. As the first route of the XIV edition, it sails through some of the most stunning and historically rich regions of Greece.

The flotilla begins in Preveza, a coastal town known for its maritime heritage and lively port. From there, we sail toward the Ionian Islands, with stops at Lefkada for its turquoise beaches and Ithaca, the legendary home of Odysseus.

Continuing east, we pass under the Rio-Antirrio Bridge and enter the Corinthian Gulf. One of the highlights is crossing the Corinth Canal, a narrow waterway with steep cliffs on both sides.

The route then takes us through the Saronic Gulf, where we visit picturesque islands full of culture, traditional architecture and authentic island hospitality. As we continue north, the Temple of Poseidon appears at Cape Sounion, standing high above the sea.

We sail along the Southern and Northern Gulf of Evia, enjoying calm waters and scenic coastal views. Passing through the Chalkida Bridge, a unique structure connecting Evia to the mainland, marks the final stretch of the journey.

The flotilla concludes in Volos, a vibrant port city in the Pagasetic Gulf, surrounded by mythology, culture and natural beauty.
