What is a Flotilla?
A flotilla is a group sailing experience where multiple yachts travel together along a planned route. Each boat has its own crew, but the flotilla is led by a lead skipper who provides guidance, coordination, and support throughout the journey. It combines training, adventure, and community, making it ideal for sailors who want to gain miles, improve skills, or simply enjoy a shared sailing experience with others.

Flotilla Questions
Our flotillas typically consist of 6-12 yachts sailing together. This size allows for a social atmosphere while remaining manageable for the lead crew to coordinate.
No, you have flexibility. While we recommend staying with the group for safety and social aspects, you can venture off independently if you wish. Just inform the lead crew of your plans.
The lead crew is there to assist with any technical issues, navigation questions, or emergencies. You also have 24/7 base support for serious technical problems.
